Welcome to Graphitti’s FAQ page! Here you'll find answers to our most asked questions. We think that ordering should be a one-stop, fast, and stress-free process. Hopefully, this Q&A will answer some of life's most pressing issues, ok maybe not...but hopefully it will help your ordering process. What is your Exchange/Return Policy?
Due to the custom nature of our business, all sales are final. To exchange an item you can visit us in store within 30 from your purchase date, or mail it back to us at: Graphitti 224 W Promenade St Mexico, MO 65265 with a note explaining the size/item you'd like to. If an item is damaged please mail it back to us with a note explaining the issue OR stop by our retail location in Mexico, Missouri, and we'll be happy to fix or replace it. Do you ever restock items?
Yes, we do restock items. Our inventory changes all the time (hey, we want to look at new things) so if there’s a specific item that you’re wanting, we’d be happy to create one.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, as well as cash (in-store) and (local) checks at our showroom in Mexico, Missouri.

How secure is the online store?
Our store automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
 
How long will it take to receive my purchase?
In most cases expect 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If for any reason you have not received your purchase/s in a timely fashion, please e-mail, or call us at 573.581.8534 to assist you.

Can I help spread my love for Graphitti?
Yes, please shout it from the rooftops how much you love Graphitti. You can spread the word about Graphitti to your friends, family, and people you added because they play the same games you do (no judgment here) by checking in; liking our page, tagging us, whatever floats your boat…we appreciate all of it!

Are there any specific washing instructions?
To maintain the quality of the shirt and graphics for many years to come, we recommend that you machine-wash cold, inside-out, with like colors (especially the first time). Want to go the extra mile to keep the fit?  Hang drying is recommended.

What kind of shirts do you use?
Small shirts, tall shirts, even shirts with spots....(if you're old enough you're now singing a song) We use a variety of styles & brands such as Gildan, Comfort Colors, Bella + Canvas, Sport-Tek, Port & Company, as well as over 30 other brands.

Who designs Graphitti t-shirts?
Owner, Nikki Leach, creates the designs along with the Graphitti team. Graduating from Columbia College (1989), with a Fine Arts degree; she has over 25 years of design experience.

How many people work at Graphitti?
We currently have a team of five which include front-end customer service, graphic designers, as well as a skilled production crew. We also think we've been over-taken by gnomes. They move things when we're not looking, and create all sorts of trickery when we least expect it. Screen printing is produced in-house (not by gnomes - real people) at our location in Mexico, Missouri. Is there a minimum order?
Yes, depending on the products you are ordering. We have a 12 piece minimum for screen printing and embroidery. If you just need one shirt – no worries – we have options for you too! We also offer a heat transfer process where we use professional-grade cut vinyl for simple designs, single names & sports numbers (most commonly used on athletic jerseys/shirts).

Who can order from Graphitti?
Anyone! If you just rolled out bed looking like you got attacked by Angry Birds with an idea for a puny t-shirt, or you're wearing a suit and tie and have an established business for 3 decades -  we'll be here to assist you from start to finish in a timely fashion, at a reasonable price. We're capable of customizing any garments such as hoodies, long sleeves, sports/work uniforms, polos, hats, jackets, bags, koozies, and much more!
